SupplyO Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone using SupplyO, whether you are a supplier running a delivery business or a customer ordering from one. They are the same words shown inside the app under About & policies. By using SupplyO you accept them.

What SupplyO does

SupplyO is operated by Code Extreme. It records orders, deliveries and bills. It does not sell, pack or deliver anything. The supplier you order from is the seller. The goods, their quality, weight and price are his, and your agreement is with him.

Complaints about goods

If something delivered is wrong, whether that is short weight, poor quality, the wrong item, or a price you did not agree, speak to your supplier directly. His number is on his profile under My suppliers. SupplyO cannot inspect goods, and does not settle disputes, replace items or issue refunds.

Payments

You pay the supplier, never SupplyO. The app only records the payments your supplier enters, so a bill here is his account of what is owed, not a demand from us. If a payment you made is missing from your bill, tell your supplier.

Your account

Your phone number identifies you and is how you sign in. Keep your password to yourself. Anyone who has it can place orders in your name. Tell us at sidrees.idrees@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

Do not use SupplyO to place orders you do not intend to accept, to enter information about people who have not agreed to it, or to attempt to reach another supplier's or customer's records. We may suspend an account that does.

If you are a supplier

You are the seller. The rates you publish, the goods you deliver and the bills you raise are yours, as is your responsibility to the customer and for your own tax and licensing obligations. You see personal information about your customers in order to serve them; use it for that and nothing else, and see the privacy policy for what that means.

Availability

SupplyO is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults, and it is not a substitute for your own records. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be shown in the app and the date above will change.
