SupplyO

Customers find you. You take the order, deliver it, and get paid. The same notebook you already keep, except it does the adding up.

How it works

The order arrives

A customer finds you in the directory and orders. You get a notification, not a phone call you missed.

You accept, or you don't

Accept it, say what you haven't got, or change the order after a call. Every answer is one tap.

You run the round

Today's orders and your standing customers in one list, with the address on every row.

Bill and collect

Bill at the door for what you delivered. What's left owing carries to the next visit.

Built for how you already work

In Urdu

Every screen, in the words people actually use. Not a translation of an English app.

Works without signal

Record a delivery in a basement or a back street; it syncs when you come back up. Nothing is entered twice.

Your rates, your prices

One screen each morning for the whole price list, the same one you photograph for the WhatsApp group.

You are the seller

Your customers, your goods, your prices, your money. SupplyO records the work; it takes no cut of it.

The app

Urdu throughout, including the numbers people actually say out loud.

What the customer sees

The supplier directory in Urdu, filtered to vegetables in Eden Garden Executive, Faisalabad, with one supplier listed and an Order button.
A customer picks his area and trade, and sees who delivers to him. Suppliers who cover his area sort first.
The order form in Urdu, showing per-kilo prices for onion, garlic and ginger, with 1.5 kg of potato selected and a running total of 150 rupees.
Today's prices, quick amounts on the grid the product is sold in, and the total adding itself up as he goes.
The customer home screen in Urdu: two live orders, one waiting on the supplier's answer and one being prepared, above tiles for water, gas, milk, chicken and vegetables.
Every order he is waiting on, across every supplier, and what each one is doing right now.

What the supplier sees

The supplier's round for the day: a strip reading one order still to answer, a count of deliveries left, and rows for each customer with an Accept order button and how long the order has been waiting.
One day, one list. Orders and standing deliveries together, each row offering the next step and nothing else.
The supplier's bills screen: a section for goods delivered but not yet billed with a Bill and collect button, and below it a section for bills raised but not yet paid.
Delivered but not billed, then billed but not collected. Money that needs doing, not a filing cabinet.
